Noelia Novarro, age 91, passed away peacefully November 19, 2020 after suffering a stroke. She was born October 29, 1929 in Santurce, Puerto Rico to Gonzalo and Antonia. She was the oldest of 5 siblings and was a second mother to her brothers and sister.

She came to NY as a teenager seeking a better life where she met Ralph Novarro and married. They had one son David and grandson Daniel. She loved her daughter in law Joanne as her own 

Nelly had only love for those she met. She was her husband's care giver when he became ill and did the same for her mother until her final days.

Nelly was devoted to her son and  dedicated her life to supporting him and  offering every opportunity to succeed.

Nelly loved her novellas and loved to sing. She also loved to play endless games of rummiecube. When it came to cooking, her flan was world famous.

Nelly loved each and every member of her family. Sharing their pain and celebrating their achievements. Her smile lit up every family gathering.

Noelia is survived by her son, David and daughter in law, Joanne and grandson, Daniel. All of these she loved and touched deeply.
