Obituary

Ann Leslie Bonsanti, a beloved mother, grandmother, and long time resident of Rockland County, passed away surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on May 16, 1942, to Luigi and Genoveffa Cruscuolo of Agerola, Italy, she made Rockland County her home for more than 60 years. She was predeceased by her husband William Donato, and her parents.

She was a devoted mother to her three children, Renee, Michael and Billy, and a loving grandmother to Joseph, Nicoletta, Anna, and Anthony. Her grandchildren held an especially dear place in her heart and were a tremendous source of love and happiness throughout her life. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.

For nearly 40 years, she owned and operated a fine art gallery in Rockland County. Art was an important part of her life and through her gallery she shared that passion with others and became a meaningful part of the local arts community.

More than anything, she treasured her family and the time spent with those she loved. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories and will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
