Donald Casey, aged 76, passed away peacefully at home on January 29th.

Don is best remembered as a loving father to his daughters, Colleen, Eileen and his son, Michael. He will always be remembered as "Pop Pop " to his grandchildren Kathryn and Christopher. He was predeceased by his loving wife Alice, who was his lifelong partner and best friend.

He served proudly as an NYPD detective for over 25 years and cherished his time "on the job".

He will be deeply missed by his brother Tom, sister Mary, sister-in-law Carol, brother-in-law John Getler and a long list of family and friends.

The family will celebrate his life from 5-8pm at Moritz funeral home in Tappan on Monday, February 2nd.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Tuesday, February 3rd at St. Catharine's Church in Blauvelt followed by burial at Rockland Cemetery in Sparkill.
