Efstathia (Ester) Tsahalis passed away at home in Blauvelt, NY, surrounded by those she loved, on May 30, 2025 at the age of 91. Ester was a loving wife to the late Panagiotis (Peter) Tsahalis, a loving mother to her daughter Pauline Tampakis and her husband John, mother to her daughter Nicki Katsihtis and her husband Zachary, mother to her son Nick and his wife Lynn, and adoring grandmother to Jimmy, Nikitas, Eirini, Alexa and Leanna.

Viewing will be at Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in West Nyack, NY on Tuesday June 3rd, at 10am, followed by the funeral service at 11am. Procession to nearby Tappan Reformed Church Cemetery, 32 Old Tappan Road, Tappan, NY to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that contributions in her memory be made to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church ,1 Marycrest Road, West Nyack, NY 10994.
