It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joan Marie Zelenka who left us on March 5th,  at the age of 92.

Joan was born in New York City on December 4, 1932.  She married her devoted husband Frank on April 24, 1954.  They settled in Closter, New Jersey where they raised their three children William, Michael and Suzanne.

Joan is predeceased by her parents William and Cecilia and her husband Frank.  She is survived by her brother William and his wife Margaret Anne, her children William and his wife Caroline, Michael and his wife Kelly and Suzanne and her husband Paul.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lauren and her husband Ben, Elizabeth, Michelle, Nicole, Cullen and James.

Joan touched the lives of everyone she met and genuinely had a heart of gold.  She found no greater joy than spending time with her grandchildren.
