John, a resident of Harrington Park for nearly fifty years, passed away peacefully at his home on December 12th.

He was born in Co. Tyrone, raised in Pettigo, Co. Donegal, Ireland and immigrated to New York in 1964.

Predeceased by his wife Annie in 2001, John is survived by his daughter Anne, her husband Lance and their two children Kaiden and Taylan, his son Gary and his two children Ryan and Grace, his daughter Elaine, as well as his son Sean, his wife Aamna and their three children Jack, Aidan and Lyla. John is also survived by his brothers Willie, Eamon and Tommy, his sisters Mamie, Eileen and Bridie and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Wake will be held at Moritz Funeral Home in Closter on Mon, Dec. 19th, 2-7pm. A Funeral Mass will be held Tues., Dec. 20th, 10am at OLV in Harrington Park with burial to follow at Gate of Heaven, Hawthorne, NY.
