Kristin Hayes, of Blauvelt, New York, passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 41. Known for her radiant smile and compassionate heart, Kristin was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who brought light and love to all who knew her.

Kristin was the devoted wife of Jimmy Hayes and a loving mother to their three beautiful children: McKenna, Kylie, and Jimmy IV. Her family was her world, and she took immense joy in being a mother, ensuring that every day was filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories. She was the daughter of Patricia and Thomas Quinn of Tappan, New York, and sister to Danny, Tommy (Kim), Maureen (Gerry) and Kevin, each of whom she loved deeply.

Kristin's journey began at St. Catharine's in Blauvelt, where she first met Jimmy, her future husband. They shared a love story that grew over the years, leading them to marry in October 2017. Together, they created a home that welcomed friends and family with warmth and open arms. Known for her generous spirit, Kristin and Jimmy's home became a gathering place for celebrations, creating lasting bonds and treasured memories.

With a calling to care for and nurture children, Kristin ran her own daycare for over 20 years, becoming a trusted and beloved figure in her community. Her passion for her work touched the lives of many families, offering a safe, loving environment where children could grow and thrive.

Kristin's legacy lives on in her children and her family. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy, her daughters McKenna and Kylie, and her son, Jimmy IV. She is also lovingly remembered by her mother-in-law, Valerie Hayes of Myrtle Beach, SC; her sisters-in-law Kim (Mike), Denise, and Carolyn (Jeff); her nieces Crystal, Taylor, Angelina, Antonia; and her nephew Troy. Kristin was also a beloved aunt to her nieces Addison, Hayley, and Madelyn, all of whom she cherished deeply.

Her kind and generous spirit, her love for family and friends, and her dedication to caring for others will forever be remembered. Kristin's warmth and joy touched everyone she met, leaving a lasting legacy that will be carried on by those who loved her most.
