It is with a heavy heart that the Cieran family announces the passing of their loving mother, Maria Ciceran, who passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2021.
She was predeceased by her husband, Atilio, who passed away in 1991. She is survived by her loving children Sonja Papandrea (Tim) and Brian Ciceran (Christine); and her dear grandchildren, Tiffany, Fiona, Emily and Brittany. Maria was predecease by her daughter, Laura, in 1974. She is also survived by her brothers and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, July 30th, 10am, at St. Catharine's Church in Blauvelt, NY with burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Nanuet, NY. Visiting hours will Thursday, July 29th, 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Moritz Funeral in Tappan, NY.
