Obituary

Mary Ann Lynch was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Born on June 1,1962 in Good Samaritan Hospita in Suffern, Mary Ann was the daughter of Joseph and Jennie Brega. Mary Ann is survived by her husband Kevin Raymond and three children Kevin Joseph, Jennifer Mary, and Christine Marie; her two sisters Susan (husband Ben Hajduk) and Nancy Brega, along with many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Mary Ann graduated from Nyack High School, Rockland Community College, and Pace University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. She went on to manage the largest Limited women's apparel superstore in the United States in the Garden State Plaza Mall for a decade. She married Kevin Raymond on April 24th, 1993 before having three wonderful children Kevin in 1995, Jennifer in 1999, and Christine in 2000. Kevin and Mary Ann built their home in Blauvelt NY in 1999 where they lived happily with her family for 25 years. Mary Ann was a fantastic "at-home" mom to her children and then became a bus driver for Peter Brega bus company in Valley Cottage, NY where she worked for over a decade with her family and many friends until becoming ill in spring of 2023.

Mary Ann valued spending time with her family and friends above all else. Whether it was spent shopping, playing board games, or going to all the sporting events that her children played in, she always wanted to do it surrounded by the ones she loved. She also was a huge nature lover and found herself planting flowers in her garden, shelling at beach, or catching every sunset.

Mary Ann will be remembered as a beloved wife, loving mother, sister, cousin, and friend, always there if anyone needed her. She will truly be missed by all.
