Michael George. Lindgren, 73, of Closter, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at his home on September 6, 2026.

Michael was born in Closter, New Jersey, to the late Morton and Frances Lindgren. He was a proud graduate of Northern Valley Demarest Regional High School and spent his life creating memories with the people he loved most.

Michael was a devoted father and grandfather. He is survived by his three loving sons. Michael, Christopher, and Keith, his daughter in-law Holly, and his two beloved grandchildren, Gavin and Logan, who he adored dearly. Michael shared deep and lasting love with his beloved Cathy, who passed away many years ago. Their love remained an important part of Michael’s heart throughout his life.

The love he shared with his children and grandchildren will remain lasting part of their lives. He will be remembered for the memories he created, the love he gave and the special place he held in the hearts of those who knew him.

Michael will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

May he rest peacefully, reunited with those he loved, and forever remembered by those whose lives he touched.

Visitation will be held 2 - 5 PM on Saturday September 19th. Followed by a Service starting 5 PM at Moritz Funeral Home In Closter.
