Patrick Joseph Haughey, 56, a lifelong resident of Blauvelt, NY, passed away peacefully on March 19th, 2023 with his family and friends at his side. He was born on January 3, 1967. In 1985, he graduated Tappan Zee High School and went on to graduate from SUNY Farmingdale with an automotive service degree. Patrick was a well-known and respected mechanic at 303 Auto Service Center in Orangeburg for 16 years

Patrick was predeceased by his father, Patrick J., in 1984. He is survived by his loving mother Jane and loving sister Jeanne. He is also survived by many beloved cousins, friends and customers.

A Funeral Mass will be held Thur., March 23th, 11am at St. Catharine's Church in Blauvelt with followed by a private cremation. Visiting hours will be Wed., March 22nd, 4 - 8pm at the Moritz Funeral Home in Tappan. In lieu of flowers, the Haughey family strongly recommends donations to United Hospice ( https://unitedhospiceinc.org ).
