It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Peter Jason Demoleas, of Closter, New Jersey, beloved son, brother, and friend, who passed away at the age of 66. He was born on February 12, 1958 in Athens, Greece. Peter dedicated his life to his passion for floristry. His work as a self-employed florist touched the lives of many, bringing beauty to countless homes, events, and celebrations.

Peter was the cherished son of George and Crisoula Demoleas, both of whom preceded him in death. He is survived by his younger brother, Spero Demoleas, who was his close companion throughout his life, as well as his sister-in-law, Susan Demoleas, and nephews and niece, Andrew, Ashley, and Evan. Peter was also deeply loved by his extended family, especially his cousins, for his sense of humor and youthful spirit.

The viewing services for Peter will be held on Wednesday, February 12, from 5- 9pm, at Moritz Funeral Home in Closter, NJ. His funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 13, at 10am at The Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John The Theologian in Tenafly, NJ.

Peter will be greatly missed by his family and friends. May his memory be eternal.
