Richard Joseph McHale Jr.

Richard J. McHale Jr., 58, of Nyack, NY passed suddenly on July 4, 2026 at home. Born in Nyack, resided in S. Orangetown and finally settled in Nyack with two of his brothers.

He was a graduate of Tappan Zee High School where he excelled in the sport of Wrestling winning many events. At the same time he acquired an interest in the Culinary Arts which he pursued in acquiring Chef status at various restaurants including The Kittlehouse in Westchester and a Manhattan Deli on Madison Avenue. As time progressed, he accepted the role of Caretaker for part of our family, always available in every aspect of our lives. Ever so grateful.

Richard is survived by his parents, Georgette and Richard McHale, Brothers, Robert (Sylvie), David and Gary along with aunts and many cousins. His sister, Denise predeceased him.

Richard will always remain in our Hearts, so Deeply Missed and Forever Loved A Celebration of Life will be private.
