Virginia Corrigan Lynch, of Blauvelt, NY, died on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
She was born on January 5, 1926 in the Bronx to Daniel and Mary Brady Corrigan. She married the late Michael John Lynch on June 12, 1948 at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church in the Bronx.
She retired in 1992 from St. Agatha Home for Children - The New York Foundling in Nanuet after 20 years of service as an administrative assistant.
She was a parishioner of St. Catharine's Church in Blauvelt since 1958 and a member of the Blauvelt/Orangeburg Senior Citizens.
Virginia is survived by her sons Robert (Diane) and Michael, her daughters Maureen DiDomenico (Joseph), Eileen Pfaff (David) and Kathleen Ingersoll (Richard), nine beloved grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday , Dec.13th,10 am at St. Catharine's Church in Blauvelt with internment at Maryrest Cemetery in Darlington, NJ. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Dec. 12th, 1-5 pm at Moritz Funeral Home in Tappan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
